Title Fail //shot (Please, if you have a better one say so! xD )
Anyway, this is a 1 layer paint I did of Lugia (duh). I had fun with it, and heavily referenced from a screenshot, but didn't like, take color directly off or anything. I also changed his direction/background.
The first is when he's falling with smoke around him. I don't have the link right now D:

This scene is the most epic thing in the world. I remember being like "OHSHII-" and then when he flew up like a bauss in the water tornado my mind was totally blown. XD
